I thoroughly enjoyed the king room, which was incredibly comfortable and had a lovely view over the garden. the location is magnificent, making it easy to walk to various attractions and to grab a taxi to the waterfall. It's also conveniently close to the train station, which is perfect for exploring the area.

I liked its really helpful and excellent employees.
the hotel was nice, with peaceful location to a near by local restaurant in town. the breakfast was more than adequate, good service. location: the venue was short walk to public transport and value for money, and the railway station. i visited symposium right next to the venue for a few drinks.

The worst hotel and location we stayed in during our trip around Italy- no jokes, we stayed in a total of 7 hotels covering most of Italy so I am not making a biased statement here. The hotel location is in Terni, we thought it would be somewhere around Perugia...we should have checked better. Our window had a metal shutter like outside stores and it would not open. I am hard pressed to find a single thing that I like about this hotel and I am generally quite forgiving. Ok, I can say that the hotel staff was not rude but they weren't friendly either (another anomaly when compared to all the other hotels we stayed at in Italy). The breakfast was served on the top floor with a nice view of the valley but the breakfast itself was such poor pickings of dry and pre- packaged bags of even toast. And, just when we thought that one never finds bad coffee in Italy you come across this hotel with the worst coffee you would force down a first gulp. Parking was free but street parking in this remote location is also not such a tough thing to find. We were honestly quite happy to leave the hotel the next morning. Oh, also, the bed covers looked like they had never been washed and the shower cabin (no tub) was covered in orange mold. We ran out without showering that morning!
It is definitely not worth the 120Euros for a triple room neither was it a 4star even by Italian standards. By my standards it was a 2star and by Italian I would say it was a solid 3 star. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Located near the train station, very convenient for transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and filled us up for the day.
The room did not have any information in English, which made it difficult to navigate. the bathroom cups were thin and flimsy, making it difficult to enjoy a drink.

Convenient location right across from the train station and so close to the city center. The hotel facilities were lovely, with a gym, swimming pool, and a free, covered car park. The American full breakfast was very nice, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.
Nothing at all.

Conveniently located near the train station with easy access to local attractions. Nice pool area for a relaxing afternoon. The breakfast buffet was tasty and filling.
The room felt cramped and could use more storage space. Some areas of the hotel were not clean enough.
